Campground · Free 3-Week Cohort
From Spreadsheet Wilderness to Data Landscape
Unlock millions in wasted spend and capacity by removing thankless documentation. Walk away with a board-ready landscape of your systems and data that actually helps you make decisions and unleash stalled projects — in just 3 weeks, with your peers.
The shift
The old way, and the new way
The Old Way
Funders are asking harder questions every cycle. You don’t have millions of dollars and years of time to spend on systems transformation projects, only to have them fall apart from lack of capacity. Proving impact from a folder of spreadsheets and inbox threads isn’t sustainable. Your process is slow, fragile, and depends on a few people — so it disappears the moment they leave.
The New Way
You know your organization is bleeding time into manual reporting and operations that a strategic, tech-enabled, connected system could do automatically. Program constituents deserve and expect better. But the gap isn’t effort; it’s infrastructure. And the challenge isn’t “awareness” — it’s actually breaking it down into parts so the change isn’t overwhelming.
Fit check
This is for you if…
- You know your program works, but every board meeting or grant report means scrambling to prove it
- Your impact data lives across spreadsheets, inboxes, multiple tools, and whoever happens to remember where things are
- You're capturing outcomes, but couldn't piece the whole story together if a funder asked today
- You know you need to change your systems, but don't know where to start or what's worth building first
- "We'll fix reporting next year" has been the answer for more than one year
- You're discussing AI readiness, but you don't have a starting point
If two or more of these sound familiar, this was built for you.

“Our data is scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes, you name it.”
You’ll end with a clear current-state picture of exactly where your data and programs stand today.
